Support

While I was trying to submit my app, I found that I need a support page!

Until I have a proper homepage, please allow me to use this blog for the support page.
I'll read all the comments and will update the app.

Thanks a lot!

  1. How can I use 'A♭(flat)(add2)' when add a new song?

  2. Currently we don't support add2. I tried to include as many chord as possible, but there were just too many if I include *everything*.

I think you can use Ab instead. Thank you for using Sing-along Guitar, and I'll think about this issue for the next version.

  3. Hi Il Yeo,

Love the app. Quickest way of playing a new song I know. I think I'm doing something wrong though, 'cos every time I try to enter a new song myself there's no carriage return button on the keyboard to enter a new line, and when I try to save a single line entry, the screen closes and I lose everything! (Using Sing Along V1.0 on a 3GS with 3.1.2 software).
    Hope you can help!

  4. Hey,
So glad to hear that you like the app :)
Regarding the problem you mentioned, I'm quite puzzled because no one talked about this issue. I was wondering if you were trying to enter the song in the title line. Title line does not accept carriage return.

Once you type title there, you can click below area, and there you will see different keyboard with carriage return.

Please let me know how it works. Thanks!

  6. Sorry that it crashed.
I didn't try redownloading myself, but I heard different opinions. So my recommendation is:

    1) Delete the app.
    2) Try download again. If it shows a warning message saying you'll be charged again, please download it in iTunes and sync to iPhone. That way, you'll not be charged again. If there's no message, you can just download it in iPhone.

Apple was changing some policies on this, and I am not really sure how they ended.

Please let me know if it doesn't work.

    Thank you.
